What should I do if I have a workplace injury or accident?

If you are involved in a workplace injury or accident, you must immediately inform your manager at the client company as well as B2Works. Reporting an accident at work as soon as possible is important to ensure proper follow-up and documentation.

The client company is responsible and therefore liable for your working conditions. This means they must provide a safe working environment and follow Dutch health and safety regulations.

After reporting the incident, make sure the accident is officially registered. If medical attention is needed, inform both your client supervisor and B2Works so we can support you with the correct procedures. Always keep copies of any medical documents or accident reports for your own records.
