What is the drug policy in B2Works accommodations?

In the Netherlands, it is illegal to possess, sell, or produce drugs. So-called soft drugs are tolerated in the Netherlands under certain conditions. Our homes are private property. Therefore possession and use of soft drugs in our homes and gardens is also prohibited.

At B2Works, we have a zero-tolerance policy toward drugs. If you are caught in possession of, or using, drugs in our homes, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement on these grounds.
