Accommodation

What is the drug policy in B2Works accommodations?

In the Netherlands, it is illegal to possess, sell or produce drugs. While so-called soft drugs are tolerated under strict conditions, this tolerance does not apply to private property without permission.

All B2Works accommodations are private residences. This means that the possession, use, storage or distribution of drugs — including soft drugs — is strictly prohibited in our houses, apartments and gardens.

Zero-tolerance drug policy

At B2Works, we apply a zero-tolerance drug policy. This policy is in place to ensure a safe, respectful and stable living environment for all residents. Drug use can lead to unsafe situations, nuisance for housemates and violations of local regulations.

If a resident is found in possession of or using drugs in B2Works accommodation, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement. In serious cases, additional measures may be taken in accordance with Dutch law.

We expect all residents to respect Dutch legislation and our housing rules to maintain a safe living environment for everyone.
