Work hours, days off and vacations
My friend wants to come to work for B2Works. How can we arrange to have them work with me?
In this scenario, your friend will need to contact our recruitment department at recruitment@b2works.nl, send their CV, and indicate that they are coming on your recommendation. Our recruiters will contact them, and explore possible job opportunities. If your friend has worked 160 hours, you will receive a €100 net bonus. This bonus will be paid with the salary payment.
How the referral works:
- Your friend emails our recruitment team at recruitment@b2works.nl
- They attach a recent CV and mention your full name in the email
- Our recruiters contact your friend to discuss availability, location and experience
- If there is a suitable vacancy, we start the application process and arrange the onboarding
What your friend should include in the email
- Full name and phone number
- CV
- Your name as the referrer
- Preferred region in the Netherlands
- Start date and availability
- Work experience and languages spoken
