How and when will I be paid for my work?

You will be paid for your work on a weekly basis, with payments made two weeks after the week worked. Payments are made no later than Friday, but in almost all cases as early as Thursday. Payslips will be made available digitally in your work app and/or sent to you by email.

This means:

• Worked during week 17 – Payment Friday week 19
• Worked during week 18 – Payment Friday week 20
• Etc.

It is important to note that rights to a periodic wage increase are governed by the regulations applicable to the client’s company. The specific gross (hourly) wage and User Company Remuneration will be stated in your Agency Work Employment Contract or Placement Confirmation.
