Studying the business case

At B2Works, we understand that every client has unique needs. That's why we start by studying and understanding your specific business case. We analyze the vacancies we can fill for you and your expectations as a client. With our years of experience and extensive knowledge of the (international) labor market, we develop the best solution for your specific situation. Step 2

Finding the best talents

Our strength lies in attracting the best employees from the EU who perfectly match your needs. We advertise vacancies, screen applications, conduct interviews, and check references to select the best candidates for you. This is how B2Works creates the perfect match!

Step 3

Kick-off meeting

We'll organize a kick-off meeting. Our account team will meet with the people within your company involved in deploying flexible staff. We'll establish working agreements, create a communication schedule, and review the administrative aspects, ensuring a smooth collaboration from day one.

Step 4

Start of the collaboration

Once everything has been finalized, we'll start our collaboration. We'll ensure that the selected employees are fully informed about their tasks, work location, working hours, and other relevant details. We'll personally introduce each new employee to the workplace and provide the necessary support during the onboarding process. Throughout the collaboration, we'll maintain close contact with you and your new temporary employees. We'll ensure smooth communication and are open to feedback. We'll make adjustments where necessary. We'll do everything we can to build a strong relationship with you. B2Works believes in partnership as a prerequisite for success!

Хочу подякувати команді B2Works за чітку організацію процесу працевлаштування. Комунікація була зрозумілою, робочі моменти були добре налагоджені, і загалом саме працевлаштування я можу оцінити як непогане. Також варто зазначити, що агенція переважно працевлаштовує громадян Європейського Союзу, але я все ж хочу поділитися своїм особистим досвідом.Найбільші труднощі були пов’язані з житлом, яке надається під час роботи. Мені, на жаль, не пощастило з сусідами. У середині помешкання регулярно випалювали марихуану, що створювало дуже напружену й неприємну атмосферу. Спільна кухня майже не могла використовуватися: умивальник для посуду постійно був переповнений брудним посудом, і з певного моменту це стало просто неможливим для нормального побуту.Одного разу, намагаючись навести лад, я викинула до смітника брудний посуд, який довго ніхто не прибирав. Після цього один із сусідів, який вживав наркотики, звинуватив мене в тому, що серед цього посуду були “дорогі ножі”, почав вимагати гроші, поводився агресивно та вживав нецензурну лексику на мою адресу. Ситуація дійшла до того, що довелося викликати поліцію. Згодом цей же сусід зайшов до моєї кімнати під час моєї відсутності та вкрав мої особисті речі.Окремо хочу згадати й про сусідку по кімнаті, з якою теж не склалися стосунки. Через її поведінку був зіпсований мій новорічний настрій, і я залишилася без звичного родинного відчуття свята, без “новорічних курантів” у своєму серці.Я розумію, що агенція не може повністю контролювати поведінку всіх мешканців, але дуже сподіваюся, що мій досвід буде врахований. Умови проживання, безпека, адекватні сусіди та можливість нормально користуватися кухнею — це важлива частина загального враження від роботи за кордоном.Попри всі ці складні ситуації з житлом, саме працевлаштування було організоване добре, і я вдячна команді B2Works за їхню роботу. Мій відгук — це спроба чесно поділитися досвідом, щоб у майбутньому умови проживання для працівників стали більш безпечними та комфортними.

Worked with them for less than 2 months and had a great experience. They provided a car for work, responded quickly to any issues, Kristina was always quick to reply about the house etc .Anyone from Slovakia should definitely contact them. Compared to other Slovakian agencies, their communication was much faster. We even received our BSN number on the day we arrived in the Netherlands, which is rare with other companies. Very happy so far and would gladly work with them again in the future.

We create vacancies and recruit the best people from across the EU for our clients. We ensure that our recruiters are familiar with our clients and their particular needs. We do all the interviews and testing, including English and math tests.
We have a kick-off meeting with each At this meeting, we‘ll draw up our working agreement, develop a communication schedule and check that every administrative process is working smoothly so that our cooperation is seamless from day one.
We introduce workers to clients and help with the onboarding process. We record and track employee performance, support the employee-client relationship, and maintain regular contact with both workers and clients.
We offer coaching and consultation services for workers, solve any issues that may arise and ensure communication on days off, vacation, and sick days.
