We are looking for a driven Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience as a Recruiter or in a similar position within a recruitment or employment agency. In this role, you will take an active role in the recruitment process, build strong relationships with candidates and clients, and help identify the right talent for international employment opportunities.
Your tasks
- Proactively source, approach, and engage potential candidates through various channels, including social media, LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process and accurately process applications in the ATS
- Conduct phone, video, and face-to-face interviews
- Assess candidates’ skills, experience, motivation, and suitability for available positions
- Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide suitable candidates
- Coordinate and follow up with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
- Take an active role in achieving recruitment targets and KPIs
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and contribute to the continuous development of our service
Requirements
- You have at least 1 year of experience as a Recruiter or in a similar position within a recruitment or employment agency in the Netherlands
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- You are proactive, independent, and results-driven
- You have experience sourcing candidates through social media, LinkedIn, job boards, or other recruitment channels
- You have experience conducting candidate screenings and interviews
- You are organized and able to manage multiple vacancies and candidates simultaneously
- You are flexible and adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- You are people-oriented and able to build trust and maintain strong professional relationships
- You have a genuine interest in recruitment and enjoy working with people
- You are fluent in English and at least one EU language
- Knowledge of Dutch is a plus
- Experience with an ATS or other recruitment software is an advantage
- You are confident in taking ownership of your work and working towards recruitment targets
- You live within a 35 km radius of our office in Nijmegen
- You have a valid driving licence B
