Technician Operator | High Tech

Do you want to join an international high-tech production team? We are looking for motivated Operators with technical understanding, attention to quality, and an interest in electronics and automated production processes.

Your tasks:

• Operate automated production lines and machines
• Set up, adjust, and clean machines and workstations
• Monitor production processes and production orders
• Identify and report technical issues or machine failures
• Perform electronic assembly and rework activities
• Apply soldering techniques during assembly processes
• Follow work instructions and quality procedures
• Perform product testing and functional checks
• Carry out visual inspections and quality controls
• Register production deviations and report to supervisors

Requirements:

• Technical background, preferably MBO level
• Experience as an operator in a production environment
• Affinity with electronics and automated machines
• Good technical understanding
• Experience with soldering or electronic assembly is a plus
• Accurate and quality-focused working attitude
• Proactive and responsible mindset
• Team player in an international working environment
• Problem-solving skills and flexibility
• Able to work under pressure
• Good command of the English language
• Driving licence is a must

• Gross hourly salary: €15.98
• ADV compensation: €0.80 per hour
• Shift allowance (14.4%): €2.30 per hour
• Total gross hourly wage: €19.08 per hour
