Team Leader | Polish & English Speaking

We are looking for a proactive and organized professional who enjoys working with people, takes responsibility, and can confidently manage operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.
As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in managing daily warehouse and production operations in a dynamic cold-chain environment. You will be responsible for leading teams, coordinating workflows, and ensuring smooth communication between departments while maintaining high operational standards.
This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to work under pressure, and experience in logistics or production operations. You will actively support and motivate employees, organize daily priorities, and ensure that all processes run efficiently and safely.

Your tasks:

• Coordinating daily warehouse and production activities such as:

Repacking / production
Loading & unloading (EPT)
Deep-freeze operations
Order picking (RT / HT / EPT)
“Klopping” operations

•  Managing teams across different departments
• Delegating tasks and monitoring work progress
• Coordinating transport and order flow
• Creating and managing employee schedules
• Setting operational priorities and ensuring efficiency
• Supporting and motivating employees on the work floor
• Ensuring smooth communication between departments
• Working with scanning systems and warehouse operations
• Maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards

Requirements:

• Very good English & Polish communication skills
• Experience in logistics or production environment
• Experience with operating EPT, RT & HT
• Previous experience in a leadership or coordinator role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Team-oriented and proactive attitude
• Experience with scanning systems
• Good computer skills
• Flexibility and willingness to work in cold conditions
• Ability to work on weekends
• Experience managing larger teams (50+ employees)
• Willingness to learn Dutch over time

Our offer:

• €18.71/hour base salary
• 8.75% shift allowance (for 2-shift system)
• €0.26 cold allowance
• €0.25 ATV allowance
• Maximum hourly rate: up to €20.86 gross/hour

Company details:

The company is a cold storage and crate washing company which is divided by 3 locations in the area. They offer a wide range of services as shock freezing products, tilting, sealing, turning, unloading, order picking, or tempering. Their crate washing facility is efficiently cleaning crates of all shapes and sizes.
