Technician Assembler | High Tech

Do you want to join an innovative high-tech production team? We are looking for motivated Assembly Technicians with a hands-on mentality and an eye for quality.

Your tasks:

• Assemble mechanical and electromechanical parts
• Build cabinets, modules, and system components
• Read and follow technical drawings and work instructions
• Use tools and assembly equipment correctly
• Perform quality checks and basic measurements
• Identify and report assembly issues or defects
• Work according to safety and quality standards
• Ensure products are assembled neatly and accurately
• Work together with colleagues in the production team
• Help complete production orders on time

Requirements:

• Technical background or assembly experience
• Experience with mechanical or electromechanical assembly is a plus
• Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions
• Good technical understanding
• Good English communication skills
• Accurate and quality-focused working attitude
• Team player with a sense of responsibility
• Able to work independently
• Physically fit and comfortable with standing work
• Motivated and eager to learn in a high-tech environment
• Driving licence is a must

Our offer:

• Gross hourly salary: €15.98
• ADV compensation: €0.80 per hour
• Shift allowance (14.4%): €2.30 per hour
• Total gross hourly wage: €19.08 per hour
