As a packing employee, you will be responsible for the entire process of packing sliced meat products. You will work in a clean environment at a temperature of +7 to 12 degrees Celsius.
Your tasks:
- Processing, portioning, and packaging meat products, ensuring consistency, quality, and hygiene standards are maintained
- Checking and inspecting packaged meat products coming from the high-care department (cutting room), verifying weight, labeling, and appearance
- Placing packaged meat into crates and arranging them on pallets for efficient storage and transportation
- Operating slicing machines and other production equipment, loading meat products such as ham, salami, and sausages (often over 10 kg), while ensuring precision and safety
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment to meet hygiene and operational standards
- Following strict safety regulations and food hygiene protocols, including wearing protective gear, handling products safely, and preventing contamination
- Collaborating with team members in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring smooth workflow and meeting production targets
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (B1/B2 level)
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality work, ensuring accuracy and adherence to hygiene and safety standards
- Flexibility and readiness to work overtime when required, including different shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks, maintaining focus and productivity throughout the shift
- Previous experience in the meat or food production industry is highly desirable
- Category B driving license is a plus
- Compliance with strict hygiene and safety regulations
- Ability to work in cold environments (5–7°C)
- Teamwork and communication skills

- Gross hourly wage: €14,71 + €0,09 cold allowence + 14% shift allowance + fixed pension compensation 2,59% = €17,84 per hour
