Your tasks:

• Proactively sourcing and approaching potential candidates through various channels, such as Social Media and professional networks
• Processing applications and candidates through the ATS
• Conducting phone & video calls, and face-to-face interviews to make the right match between candidate and client
• Building and maintaining a strong pool of qualified candidates
• Contributing to improving the recruitment process to optimize our service

Requirements:

• Excellent command of English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Proficiency in a second language such as Polish, Latvian, or Romanian is a valuable asset, demonstrating versatility and cultural sensitivity
• You are a team player with strong communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude
• Flexibility and the ability to work in a dynamic environment are essential
