We are looking for a driven Junior Recruiter to join our team! No experience is required, so if you’re an enthusiastic starter, keep reading.
Your tasks:
- Proactively sourcing and approaching potential candidates through various channels, such as Social Media and professional networks
- Processing applications and candidates through the ATS
- Conducting phone & video calls, and face-to-face interviews to make the right match between candidate and client
- Building and maintaining a strong pool of qualified candidates
- Contributing to improving the recruitment process to optimize our service
Requirements:
- You are a team player with a positive, energetic attitude and strong communication skills
- You are flexible and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- You are eager to learn and ambitious, with a genuine interest in the world of recruitment
- You are proactive and results-driven, always looking for new ways to find and engage with talent
- You are empathetic and people-oriented, with a knack for making a great first impression
- You are fluent in both English and Polish, with basic Dutch being a plus
- You live within a 35 km radius of our office in Nijmegen
