Your tasks:

• Performing various repairs within B2Works housing, including painting, wallpapering, carpet replacement,
  repairing doors, installing locks, laying laminate flooring, replacing faucets, unclogging sinks, etc.
• Conducting safety inspections, reporting issues, and resolving them
• Maintaining an inventory of tools, materials, and supplies
• Reporting significant problems or concerns to the accommodation manager
• Promptly responding to repair requests and executing necessary repairs
• Executing renovation projects such as space remodeling and installation replacements
• Ensuring all work adheres to safety standards and regulations
• Engaging with residents to address concerns and ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
• A Category B driving license is a must
• English is required
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and heating systems is a big plus
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential
• An ethical approach to work is expected
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
• Capability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces

• Net salary between €2350 and €2500 per month based on 40 hours
