If you are from an EU country, you do noy need a permit. Please do notice that it is important to register with the local municipality and obtain a Citizen Service Number (BSN). We can assist with that. If you are from a country outside the EU, you do need a permit to work legally in the Netherlands.

How long can I work as a temporary worker in the Netherlands?

If you work in the Netherlands temporarily, your employment is based on an Agency Work Employment Contract. You can work through an employment agency for as long as you want. However, after 4 years, you can no longer do so on a flexible basis, but only with a permanent contract.

Will I have a dedicated contact person at B2Works during my assignment?
