Your tasks:
- Reading the order documentation
- Support of the shipping process for finished door products to customers. Preparation of orders for shipment, verification of order accuracy, and ensuring correct doors are loaded onto delivery trucks
- Packing of doors according to their intended use – doors destined for construction sites are wrapped in protective foil to prevent damage from rain, while doors for completed apartments are prepared without additional packaging, in accordance with customer requirements
- Monitoring the quality of shipped products, including visual inspections to ensure each door meets company standards before dispatch.
- Operation of warehouse equipment and tools, such as a binding machine, electric and hydraulic screwdrivers, and a scanner, for moving doors within the warehouse and loading them onto delivery vehicles, with skills in operating EPT, HT, or RT trucks considered a significant advantage
- For the Weldorpel department – cutting elements of the threshold finishing system using a cutting robot
- For the Assembly department – Picking up glass panels in the correct sequence to ensure smooth production flow
- Maintenance of a clean, safe, and organized warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
Physically demanding work, including lifting and handling doors weighing up to 70 kg, as well as manual handling of products.
Requirements:
- You speak Dutch, English, or German
- You are dedicated to delivering high-quality work
- You are flexible and willing to work overtime hours when needed
- You are available to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a flexible attitude toward occasional Saturday work
- You are available for a minimum period of 6 months, with the possibility of long-term or permanent employment
- You are proficient i operation of warehouse equipment and tools, such as a binding machine, electric and hydraulic screwdrivers, and a scanner, for moving doors within the warehouse and loading them onto delivery vehicles, with skills in operating EPT, HT, or RT trucks considered a significant advantage
