Are you looking for a hands-on job in a production environment? We are currently seeking a motivated Production Worker to support our pallet manufacturing process.
Your tasks:
- Ensure a continuous and adequate supply of wood materials to the pallet production machine
- Monitor material levels in the machine and replenish wood as needed to prevent downtime
- Coordinate with the production team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow
- Inspect incoming wood for basic quality standards before loading it into the machine
- Maintain a clean and organized work area around the machine
- Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines at all times
- Report any shortages, irregularities, or machine-related issues to the supervisor
Requirements:
- You speak Dutch, English, or German
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Good physical condition and ability to handle manual tasks (lifting, carrying wood materials)
- Basic understanding of production processes or willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and ability to monitor material levels accurately
- Reliability and strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to follow safety rules and instructions
- Teamwork skills and good communication with co-workers and supervisors
- Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment is an advantage
- You are flexible and willing to work overtime hours when needed
- You are available to work 40+ hours per week, Monday to Friday

- Hourly wage of €15,86 gross
- Stability of a permanent Full-time job, with 40+ hours of work per week
