Working Supervisor (€3,500 – €4,000)

As a Working Supervisor, you are actively involved in the production process and responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly. Do you already have experience as an operator and are you ready for the next step in your career? Then this is your opportunity. You maintain oversight, assign tasks, record key production data, and ensure that all processes run safely and according to standards. No two days are the same: one moment you resolve a minor malfunction, the next you support colleagues or monitor the production schedule.

Your tasks:

• Accurately perform tasks with attention to quality, hygiene, and safety
• Work in accordance with health & safety (ARBO), HACCP, and company regulations
• Responsible for daily personnel and production planning
• Record product data and ensure correct processing
• Check workstations for cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment
• Ensure a smooth production process in line with established standards
• Identify process and product deviations and resolve minor malfunctions
• Lead and support team members on the shop floor
• Ensure proper sorting of first- and second-grade products and waste
