Do you want to work as a line operator in the meat processing industry?
We are looking for someone to operate production lines, assist with meat preparation, and follow production plans carefully.
Your tasks:
- Checking production, correcting processes on the line, monitoring quality and the final product
- Leading 5 to 10 workers on the production line
- Responsible for operating machines such as the denester for packaging, check weigher, sealing machine (Sealpac A7/750), labeling machines (Espera), metal detector (Pulsotronic), and the Reflex order system with printer (crate card registration)
- Changing sealing film, printer stickers, crate card printer paper, and sealing formats
- Selecting the correct article program in the metal detection/Reflex system for registration and the check weigher (when using FW or e-weight)
- Reading the production plan and deciding the order of tasks
- Communicating with line workers, giving instructions on what to do and how to do it
- Making reports for the foreman/team leader (checklist)
- During production, checking hygiene on the line: CCP metal detector, label control, gas levels (O2/CO2), Espera weigher, and proper registration
Requirements:
- Good English in speaking (at least B1)
- You can work well independently, but also in a team
- You are flexible and able to work in different shifts, departments, or locations, including weekends
- You are accurate, reliable, honest, and collegial
- You follow the procedures and rules regarding safety
- You can adapt quickly to a new environment
- You are ambitious and eager to learn new skills
- Driver’s license is a big plus
- Experience as a line operator in the food (meat) industry is a big plus
- Experience with the following machines is a big plus: Falcon Treif/Evolution | Hoegger | Voltman | Merel | Sealpac A7/750)| labeling machines (Espera) |metal detector (Pulsotronic) | Reflex order system
Our offer:
- Gross hourly wage: starting at €14.71 (depending on experience)
After 4 weeks of training: €15,08
- Stable, full-time employment with the possibility of overtime and Saturday work
- Mainly day or morning shifts, starting at 05:45, 06:45, 09:30 or 10:30
- Working days: Monday to Saturday
- Opportunity to receive a permanent contract with the client
