Your tasks:
- Clean large plastic boxes thoroughly using a high-pressure washing gun
- Remove all residues and dirt from previous loads
- Operate high-pressure cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect boxes for damage and perform necessary repairs
- Restore damaged boxes to a reusable condition
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the repair area
- Support the washing and repair departments with daily operational tasks
- Ensure crates meet hygiene and quality standards before reuse
Requirements:
- Fluent communication skills in Polish, English, German, or Dutch
- Serious and responsible attitude toward work
- Ability to stand and work for long periods of time
- Good physical condition and readiness for physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Motivated, hardworking, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a similar position is an advantage, but not required
- Willingness to learn and follow safety and hygiene procedures
- Team player with a flexible and hands-on mentality
- Driving licence is a big plus
Our offer:
- Gross hourly wage: €14,98
- 8.75% for the two-shift system + €0,21 ADV + €0,29 Fixed pension compensation = €17,02 per hour
