Summary
We are looking for a responsible and flexible driver to transport our employees safely to and from client companies across the Netherlands.
Your tasks
As a driver at B2Works, you will be responsible for transporting employees efficiently, safely and on time between their accommodation and workplaces. You will be also delivering and collecting bicycles for employees, as well as other items if needed.
You will work in a 12-hour shift system (three shifts) and play an important role in ensuring our employees arrive on time and ready to work — you are the face of our company on the road!
Shift schedule:
- 15:00 – 03:00
- 03:00 – 15:00
- 08:00 – 18:00
Workdays: Monday to Friday
Weekends: Once a month
Requirements
- Valid Category B driving licence (mandatory) – you must hold a valid driver’s license to operate vehicles safely and legally
- Excellent orientation and navigation skills – you are confident finding the best routes, managing traffic, and planning trips to ensure timely arrivals
- Flexible, reliable, and communicative – you can adapt to changing schedules, communicate clearly with the team and employees, and handle unexpected situations calmly
- Customer-oriented and responsible – you treat passengers with respect, ensure their comfort and safety, and take ownership of your work
- Experience in passenger transport is an advantage – prior experience transporting people professionally, understanding safety regulations, or working in a service-oriented role is highly valued
- Proactive problem-solving skills – able to anticipate delays or issues and adjust routes or schedules accordingly
- Team player attitude – willing to support colleagues and step in when needed, ensuring smooth operations for the team and employees
