Your tasks:
- Reading the order documentation
- Installing hinges, locks, seals, and other fittings and quality standards; the specific components depend on the door model
- Applying additional elements such as mail slots, handles, peepholes, or decorative features when required
- Using a range of hand and power tools, including electric and hydraulic screwdrivers, files, clamps, and measuring equipment
- Ensuring that each door meets exact specifications in terms of functionality, alignment, seal fitting, and visual appearance.
- Performing a semi-final quality inspection to ensure that each door meets all functional and visual standards before being transferred to the expedition department for final packaging and dispatch.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, following all company safety procedures
- Doors are transported using a special overhead rail system, so manual lifting is not required
Requirements:
- You speak Dutch, English, or German
- You are proficient in using hand and power tools, including electric and hydraulic screwdrivers, files, clamps, and measuring equipment
- You are able to read technical documentation and understand order specifications
- You are experienced in installing hinges, locks, seals, and other door fittings
- You are familiar with adding extra elements such as mail slots, handles, peepholes, or decorative features
- You are dedicated to delivering high-quality work
- You are flexible and willing to work overtime hours when needed
- You are available to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a flexible attitude toward occasional Saturday work
- You are available for a minimum period of 6 months, with the possibility of long-term or permanent employment
Our offer:
- Hourly wage of €14,71 – €17,25 gross, depending on experience and skills
- Stability of a permanent full-time job, with 40 hours of work per week
