Are you a skilled and detail-oriented Spray Painter who wants to join the team of our client, a leader in the manufacturing of wooden doors?
Your tasks:
- Skillfully applying paint to wooden doors using a spray paint gun, primarily within a closed cabin environment
- Processing and painting wooden doors to meet quality standards and specifications
- Taking proactive measures to contribute to the continuous improvement of our production processes
- Conducting thorough quality checks throughout the painting process to maintain high standards
- Addressing minor malfunctions in equipment to ensure smooth production flow
- Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of spraying tools to ensure optimal performance
Requirements:
- Prior experience in similar work, demonstrating your understanding of the tasks involved
- Proficiency in either Dutch, English, or German languages
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong dedication to delivering work of exceptional quality
- Flexibility to work on Saturdays
Our offer:
- Gross salary: Between €15,77 and €17,60 per hour (depending on experience)
- Work in two (day)shifts: 6:00 to 14:45 and 7:00 to 15:45
- Shift allowance is provided for those working outside regular hours
- Full-time, permanent position with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Weekly payments & health insurance
- Accommodation provided near the workplace
- Transportation assistance, including rental bikes or company cars (based on location)
