Do you want to work as a machine operator in the meat processing industry?
We are looking for someone to operate machines, handle meat preparation, and follow production plans carefully.
Your tasks:
- Operating the slicing machine by selecting the correct slicing program
- Operating the pressing machine for pressing meat
- Handling the marination station
- Carefully assembling and disassembling machines
- Communicating with the line leader about production and product articles
- Ordering meat via the freezing tunnel
- Reading production plans to determine correct portion sizes for each product
- Registering meat, writing reports, and ensuring correct temperature control
- Working in a hall with a temperature between 5 and 7 degrees Celsius
Requirements:
- Good English in speaking (at least B1)
- You can work well independently, but also in a team
- You are flexible and able to work in different shifts, departments, or locations, including weekends
- You are accurate, reliable, honest, and collegial
- You follow the procedures and rules regarding safety
- You can adapt quickly to a new environment
- You are ambitious and eager to learn new skills
- Driver’s license is a big plus
- Experience as a machine operator in the food (meat) industry is a big plus
- Experience with the following machines is a big plus: Falcon Treif/Evolution | Hoegger | Voltman | Merel
Our offer:
- Gross hourly wage: starting at €14.71 (depending on experience)
- Stable, full-time employment with the possibility of overtime and Saturday work
- Mainly day or morning shifts, starting at 05:45, 06:45, 09:30 or 10:30
- Working days: Monday to Saturday
- Opportunity to receive a permanent contract with the client
