Due to our company’s growth, we are seeking a passionate Assistant Account Manager / Coordinator who will play a key role in the daily support of our employees and clients.
As an Assistant Account Manager / Coordinator, you will be working at one or two locations of a major client. You are the bridge between the client, employees, and B2Works, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
You will be the first point of contact for employees and assist them with everything related to work, housing, transportation, and personal matters. You support them in overcoming the various challenges they may face while working and living in the Netherlands.

Your tasks:
Employee Support & Guidance:
- Welcoming and onboarding new employees
- Explaining employment contracts and other documents
- Introducing employees to the client and ensuring they understand expectations and procedures
- Supporting employees with work-related and personal challenges
- Assisting and guiding sick employees
- Participating in employee performance evaluations
Organization & Coordination:
- Coordinating BSN (citizen service number) applications.
- Planning and organizing employee housing and transportation.
- Creating and communicating daily transport schedules.
- Arranging replacements for unexpected employee absences.
- Conducting house and vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Distributing and collecting company vehicles and other work-related materials.
- Replacing the Account Manager during their absence
Requirements:
- You are an excellent organizer who leaves nothing to chance
- You are a team player—success comes from working together
- You have strong communication skills and speak fluent English. Additionally, proficiency in Polish, Portuguese, Latvian, or another Eastern European language is highly preferred. Basic Dutch is a plus
- You are flexible, as transportation and employee replacements sometimes need to be arranged outside office hours
- You have strong social skills and can motivate and support employees from different cultural backgrounds
- You are proactive and performance-driven: you take action instead of waiting
- You have a valid driver’s license and are comfortable using standard computer programs
- Experience in a similar role within a staffing agency in the Netherlands (minimum 1 year) is required

- Attractive salary: Starting at €2250 net per month, increasing by €200 net after 3 months. Your salary will continue to grow annually
