Are you ready to become the right-hand person to one of our account managers? Are you passionate, proactive, and social? Bring it on! As an Assistant Account Manager, you will work for a successful company in the Dutch staffing industry.
Together with the responsible account manager, you will do everything to satisfy both your clients and your employees. In this role, you will primarily focus on the employees and organize everything related to work, housing, and transportation. You and your team members must be able to rely completely on each other. From this position, you can grow into the role of account manager.

Your tasks:

  • Welcoming new employees, informing them about our expectations and what they can expect from us
  • Introducing new employees to the work environment at the client’s site
  • Serving as the primary contact for employees
  • Organizing replacements for unplanned employee absences
  • Acting as a substitute for the account manager when absent
  • Coaching and guiding employees
  • Supporting sick employees
  • Efficiently planning employee accommodations and transportation, assisting in daily work schedule creation
  • Contributing ideas for cost savings and improvements in housing and transportation
  • Conducting housing inspections and vehicle checks
  • Issuing and retrieving vehicles following proper procedures
  • Issuing and retrieving other company assets following proper procedures

Requirements:

  • Driven to organize everything meticulously and leave nothing to chance
  • Team player, understanding that success comes from effective collaboration
  • Proficiency in English, Polish and/or Latvian languages, as many of our employees are from these countries. Knowledge of (some) Dutch is a plus
  • Flexibility to handle important tasks such as client communication and replacement scheduling outside regular office hours
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication and relationship management with employees and clients
  • Performance-oriented mindset, striving for the best results
  • Valid driver’s license and proficiency in standard computer programs
